A recreation of the cover art for the Minnesota Rouser sheet music, first published as a supplement to the Minneapolis Tribune in 1909. I re-drew it using digital tools, following the original. The Rouser was born of a contest to find a more upbeat piece of music for Gopher football games, and is used to this day. A very cool piece of Art Nouveau-inspired illustration and design.
